The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction. Deposits are credited to a Member's Wallet Balance in real time or within a maximum of 60 seconds subject to the payment provider's processing schedule. h89apk does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees independently.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified Members are processed by h89apk within an average of three minutes. Processing times may vary in exceptional circumstances such as system maintenance or verification queries. h89apk does not charge withdrawal fees; any fees charged by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the Member's responsibility.
All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. A Member must complete full KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. h89apk reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that are unusually large or that deviate from the Member's established transaction patterns.
If a Member's Account remains inactive (no login, no transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months, h89apk may designate any Wallet Balance as dormant. h89apk will make reasonable attempts to notify the Member via the registered email address and mobile number before any dormant account procedure is applied. Members may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by h89apk are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time of opt-in. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term prevails for the subject matter of that conflict only.
All bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period are stated clearly on each promotion page. h89apk will not alter wagering requirements retroactively after a Member has opted into a promotion.
h89apk monitors all bonus activity. Behavior that constitutes bonus abuse — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to complete wagering requirements, or exploiting structural weaknesses in game mechanics to fulfill wagering requirements at statistically zero risk — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus-derived funds and may result in permanent account closure.
Bonus balances that are not fully wagered within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from the Member's account without notice. Expired bonus balances cannot be reinstated. The expiry period for each promotion is stated clearly at the point of opt-in.
h89apk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, provided that any Members who have already opted into that offer will have their existing bonus balances honored under the terms in effect at the time of opt-in.

Odds are displayed inclusive of any margin and are final at the time of bet placement unless a manifest error applies as described in Clause 7.3. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, h89apk's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from or connected to these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to h89apk in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
h89apk's collection, processing, storage, and protection of Member personal data is governed by the h89apk Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
